Halloween at George Mason
By Lasso Online Staff
Falls isn't just about Halloween, though. Lasso Online has compiled a brief list of some fun autumn activities that you can enjoy throughout the season.
We may be in high school now, but that doesn't mean
that we don't love Halloween! Lasso Online asked various Masonites
about their plans for the spookiest night of the year.
Here
are
a few of their responses.
Junior Soorya Namboodiri is dressing up as a fairy and will go trick-or-treating with her friend Peter Davis. She likes the tradition of Halloween because “it’s a nice way to be part of the community,” and of course for the candy, especially Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. | Addison Blakemore’s mom will not let him trick-or-treat anymore, but if he could Addison, a senior, would dress up as George Bush because, “I like superheroes,” he tells Lasso. His favorite candy is Milkyway.

Senior Matt Carl is sad that this will be his first year that he won't trick-or-treat because unfortunately, he has too much homework to do. | |
Sophomore Ana Petillo is going to a costume party for Halloween this year. She is not sure what she will dress up as but her favorite candy is Swedish Fish. | Junior Jake Shapiro will be dressing up as a zombie and participating in the Zombie Walk in Washington D.C. Why does he still participate in Halloween? “Why not!” he responds. |
