Unsung Heroes |

| This
week’s unsung heroes are the Circle of Friends, dedicated helpers who
assist the students in
Ms. Elizabeth McCarthy’s classes. These students assist in a variety of tasks
from helping students with academic projects to attending field trips and luncheons.
The Friends assist students with community and functional learning such as how
to buy things and read survival signs. They also work on speech, occupational,
and physical therapy, including swimming at a local pool. The
Circle of Friends includes seniors Paige Tuck and
Elizabeth Quillin and juniors Maggie O’Brien and Ricky
