Masonites Cheer It Up at Pep Rally

Rebound Week kicked off today with a pep rally hosted by SCA officers Graham Downey and Allie Atkeson.  They introduced members of the basketball, wrestling and swim teams, as well as the contestants for Mr. and Ms. Mason.  The cheerleaders and the pep band pumped up the crowd, but most students, like these juniors, had no shortage of spirit during the cheer-off.  The pep rally was followed by two games of pin dodge, the first between the eighth-graders and the sophomores, and the next between the freshmen and juniors.  The winner will take on the seniors after school on Wednesday, which is also Red and White Day.  Thursday will feature free ice cream after school outside of the library, while the Mr. and Ms. Mason competition is set for Friday evening.
