Winter Wishes Drive Donates
102 Bags of Gifts to Needy Children

Thirty-four Mustangs pose with their bags of presents for needy children at the Target store last Monday. Coordinated by the SCA, the Winter Wishes Gift Drive raised well over $4,000 through various fundraisers in TA groups. Working with the Target employees, students shopped for age-appropriate gifts for each of the students who were “adopted” by the students in a particular TA group. Yesterday, the students took the 102 bags of presents to the Salvation Army in Arlington for distribution. Ms. Karin Tooze and Ms. Jennifer Jayson sponsored the gift drive.
