Red Ribbon Week  While
co-sponsor Officer Steve Rau looks on, members of the SADD (Students
Against Destructive Decisions) Organization count out red ribbons,
pencils, and lollipops for distribution to all students through TA this
week as the school recognizes Red Ribbon Week. These activities
encourage students to pledge themselves to a drug-free lifestyle. SADD
members will also give presentations about making healthy choices to
middle school students. Principal Bob Snee kicked off the week this
morning with a statement over the PA that said, “You have choices each
day and important decisions to make regarding those choices. All too
often students make decisions that turn out to be destructive for
themselves and for others around them.” Ms. Judy Becker also
