News updated 10/2/04	SCA Retreat Students Decide Homecoming Theme, Tackle More Pressing Issues   (full story) Give us an “R!” Senior Bridget Hatfield stuffs folded paper into the chain link fence surrounding the football field to form the letter “R” as part of the slowly-revealed slogan for the season: “Gallop to Glory.” Over 100 student volunteers showed up last Friday for the annual Grounds Day to decorate the fence. The hardworking students were fed by members of the Senior Class who cooked up over 300 hot dogs and provided sodas with the financial help of the PTSA. The grounds day work was one part of the Student Council Association’s busy weekend that continued with a two-day retreat Sunday and Monday at the Glenkirk Retreat Center in Manassas.
