Care Packages to Combat Stress
During Midterm Exams
Members of the International Club and their sponsor Ms. Linda
Gantz discuss strategy on how to best fill the 143 care packages that they
sold to make money for refugee organizations. The care packages were the
brainchild of club vice president Rawan Faramand. They contain snacks and
drinks and could be ordered by anyone who wanted to help reduce stress
for the recipients during midterm exams next week. The club earned over
$400 that will be donated to an organization that aids refugees. This is
the first year that the International Club has conducted the care package
program and with its initial success may just become an annual tradition
says club sponsor Gantz. Read more about exam induced stress.
