Five Mustangs Named
to All-Regional Teams

Senior Matt Bond, left, received honorable mention and senior
Neil Powell was named to the All-Regional Second Team Defense. Not pictured
is senior Alex Miller who was named to the All-Regional Second Team Defense
as a defensive lineman.

Seniors Ben Griffin and Joey Cohe earned
recognition as first team All-Regional defensive players as voted by the
coaches. Griffin, who also played as a wide receiver, was also named to
the second team. Griffin gained 854 yards on 30 pass receptions, nine of
which were for touchdowns. On defense, Griffin had seven interceptions,
one of which he returned for a touchdown.
Voted on to the All-District Second
Team were senior tight end Neil Powell and defensive lineman Alex Miller.
Quarterback Matt Bond, who also played as a defensive back, received honorable
mention on defense.
