Twenty-two new members were inducted into the prestigious National Honor Society chapter at George Mason High School last Monday night. Honor Society members must qualify for admission with a strong grade point average, then are certified by the faculty on the basis of honor, extracurricular involvement and character. The 22 new members, listed alphabetically are: Emma Bellamy, Kaitlin Bottock, Michael Cary, Jonathan Costa, Evan Cunnigham, Gordon Daisley, Margaret Davis, James Dziera, Rahul Gupta, Andy Koelz, Mia Logan and Stephanie Melkonian. Also inducted were: Galen Messing, Andrew Montgomery, Mark Murchie, Arya Namboodiri, Leen Quintyn, Leah Ralph, Grant Sabatier, Marie Stoner, Graeton Tripp, and Cassandra Urbano. |
