In 1962 my parents bought a house in Richmond Hill, Queens. Joe and I met one year later in June 1963.
We were married in Holy Child Jesus Church 4 years later.

The Church was decorated for Easter.
The school is still in operation.
The current pastor is a Bishop

I graduated from Richmond Hill High School

That tiny room on the 5th floor was my Latin classroom

As a child Joe lived with his parents in his grandmother's house

When we met he was living in "Jamaica"
one block across the Richmond Hill border

. The tree in the backyard was planted about 50 years ago.
