Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia is only 45 minutes away from Vienna

The "old town" (stare mesto) is very pretty with the castle in the distance

St Michael's Gate remains from the old city wall

We only had a short time here on this trip as a lunch stop, but we will be returning in August for several weeks
