Sailing into Budapest provides a remarkable panoroma. The Danube divides the city into 2 parts - Buda and Pest - one flat and one hilly

We began our city tour at the Cathedral where emperors were once crowned

Continuing toward the river, we appoached the Fisherman's Bastien

Looking back at another view of the Cathedral

From this side of the city we have a clear view of the flat side

Shops sell a variety of local crafts

Finally the main Christmas Market

Each city puts its own individual stamp on the holiday

with traditional food, drink and crafts
