Once we settled into our cabin we went up on the sun deck for a good view of the beautiful Wachau Valley with it's pictureque towns, castles and vineyards. Our tour directors provided commentary about the sights as we sailed by.

On our 2008 GCT River Cruise of the Danube we also sailed the Wachau Valley,
but from the opposite direction (Linz, Austria to Budapest, Hungary). Those photos are here.
