A buffet – lots of fish (it is Norway after all) I was concerned about cross contamination since people in line tend to use the same serving utensils for fish and chicken/veggies. The owner realized the problem and offered to make something special for me I assured her it was not necessary since I had already eaten salad and 5 desserts.  |
