We had a nice view of the lake since the trees were small 45 years ago

This Tum Tum Post Office no longer exists It was replaced a few years ago by lakefront houses

45 years later there are houses on that patch of lakefront on the right

This is the Sunset Cafe that no longer exists. It burned down a few years ago Note 4 year old Jeannie is the lower left corner

The view toward our property from Virgil Road did not have as many trees in 1974

We were able to get to the seasonal stream in the middle of our property

In 1974 our 2 flat acres were devoid of trees

We visited our land again in 1981 Driving from Ohio with 3 kids in our 1978 Chevy Van

Canyon Way Road was unnamed and still a dirt road in 1981

The trees were growing larger We dug out some seedlings and replanted them in Ohio

The Sunset Bay Cafe was still there in 1981
