Jesuit church of the Compania of Jesus was built in the 17th
century in the Baroque style. The altars and walls were covered with about 7 tons of gold by local artisans and the slave labor of indigenous people Note: photos are prohibited inside the church I bought a set of postcards in the gift shop and photographed those |
